NHS Transporter Training
NHS Wildlife Transporters volunteer one day a week to pick up wildlife at the Nebraska Humane Society and transport it to the Wildlife Center in Louisville. We currently have three year-round positions open (Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays) for pick-up in the late afternoon/evening. From April through September, we will also need 7 more volunteers (one for each day of the week) for morning pick-ups before 10 AM. We will also train up to 3-4 alternates. Please attend this training only if you can commit to a weekly transporting commitment.
