Volunteer Orientation
Volunteer Orientations are in-person, on-site training classes at the Baldwin Wildlife Center located at 9777 M St. Omaha, NE 68127.
Completing one of our Volunteer Orientations is the first step in becoming a Nebraska Wildlife Rehab volunteer. Volunteers are required to go through these initial orientations in order to become eligible for any other trainings, such as our Mammal Nursery Training or Humane Society Transporter Training.
The orientation will go over how to use VolunteerMatters, who we are, what types of volunteer roles we have available, and the basics of being a volunteer with us.
PLEASE NOTE: Attendees need to submit a Volunteer Application Form and be approved by our Volunteer Coordinator in order to attend. Available dates will be communicated via email.
